MyCar has intensified the regular cleaning of its vehicles before and after the rental.We are in communication with relevant authorities regarding coronavirus (Covid-19), and we are taking all necessary precautionary measures in order to protect our clients, employees and suppliers, as well as contributing to the interruption of the transmission chain.
We closely monitor corona virus developments and World Health Organization guidelines to ensure your safety is maximized.

- Our customers can either rebook their future bookings to another date or cancel them free of charge.
All of our branches are equipped with antibacterial materials (wipes, gel) which will be available for all customers.
REGARDING THE CLEANLINESS & HYGIENE OF YOUR CARS
- The Company follows thorough cleaning procedures for each vehicle after every rental.
- We have implemented new cleaning protocols that include removing the vehicle from circulation and disinfecting through a third party in the case where a customer is suspected or known to have COVID-19.
Important Notice:
We would like to inform you that upon your arrival you must present a Covid-19 Vaccination Certificate / Recovery Certificate, a negative PCR within the last 72 hours or a rapid test within the last 48 hours. An identity verification will also be required.
