WUG Protection
Selecting the optional W.U.G. reduces the amount of the tenant’s participation in the event of an accident to zero (0) for damage caused by the tenant to the wheels, the bottom of the car, the windows and the mirrors. W.U.G.
The above coverages (W.U.G.) are not insurance products but private agreements between MyCar and the tenant. These coverages apply only to the drivers listed in the contract and if the lessee presents a copy of the accident certificate. The accident report card should be requested from the service involved in recording the incident. If the copy of the accident report is not presented, the above coverages do not apply. In case the tenant was not in the car at the time the damage was caused then he is obliged to collect any information he can and immediately notify MyCar.
In case of accident or other incident the tenant must follow the following procedure:
- ContactMyCar immediately.
- Notify police and accident care.
- Not recognize claims of third parties.
